<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate with a hard coat film excellent in alkali resistance and excellent also in adhesion to the substrate, abrasion resistance, scratch strength, pencil hardness and water resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The substrate with the hard coat film comprises the substrate and the hard coat film formed on one surface of the substrate, wherein the hard coat film contains an organic resin matrix component and surface-treated metal oxide particles, the organic resin matrix component is a hydrophobic organic resin matrix component, and the surface-treated metal oxide particles have a surface charge amount (Qp) in a range of 15-60 μeq/g and are not exposed at the surface of the hard coat film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
