PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover for a drying rack which permits simple attachment while securing a rainproof property, a ventilative property, translucency, and a screening effect. SOLUTION: End plates 10 are fixed to support tools 5 by inserting wire fixtures 14 into fixture insertion holes 13 chosen from among many fixture insertion holes 13 formed in the end plates 10 and wingding them around the support tools 5, whereby even a women can easily fix the end plates 10 to the support tools 5 at a height to which even a women can reach. A sheetlike upper cover portion 20 having translucency covers washing 3. Furthermore, the side of the washing 3 is covered with a translucent, ventilating side cover portion 30 having a blinding effect.
