The arrangement has two-dimensional carbon-nanotube arrangements, non-conducting material, conducting material, and delay line filter realized using carbon-nanotube-structures. The conducting material consists of carbon-nanotubes that are embedded in a dielectric carrier material e.g. carbon-nanotubes material. A layer statistically distributes the carbon-nanotubes and is embedded in the carrier material. Antenna structures are realized by the carbon-nanotubes materials.
