The method involves homogenizing and crushing of waste. The waste is completely soaked to carry on stacking in a bottom of platform for loading to form a decomposition hill. The surface of the decomposition hill is covered with a layer of biological filter and waste is degrading mode of aerobic by aeration. The layer of biological filter contains a geotextile material.
