<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinged cap which has no possibility of opening the upper lid of the hinged cap by increase in pressure by increase in air pressure in the cap by heating and enables the upper lid to be opened without requiring a remarkably strong force for a user. <P>SOLUTION: In the hinged cap mounted on a mouth cylindrical part of a container and consisting of a cap main body and the upper lid, the cap main body is equipped with a spouting cylinder, an engaging cylindrical part fitted in the mouth cylindrical part of the container, and an outer peripheral cylindrical part continuously provided with the hinge on the upper end outer periphery. The engaging cylindrical part is provided with a lid engaging part engaging the upper lid, and the outer peripheral cylindrical part is provided with a lid locking part equipped with side walls on both side on the upper end of the outer periphery on the opposite side of the hinge through a weakened part. The upper lid is equipped with a top wall and an outer cylindrical wall, and the lower end of the inner periphery of the outer cylindrical wall is enlarged in its diameter, and an engaging part for engaging the lid engaging part of the engaging cylindrical part of the cap main body is provided. At a specified position of the lower end of the outer periphery, the hinge is continuously provided, and on the opposite side of the hinge, a knob part is provided, and both the sides of the knob part are engaged on the side wall of the lid locking part of the cap main body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
