<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that in order to set an optimum oscillation state of a VCO circuit, dispersion should be evaluated in each manufactured IC and a set value corresponding to the dispersion should be instructed. <P>SOLUTION: The VCO circuit has a configuration comprises a voltage/current converter for allowing a control current corresponding to a control voltage to flow and a current controlled oscillator for oscillating at a prescribed frequency according to the control current and further includes an adjustment circuit for adjusting the conversion gain of the voltage/current converter in accordance with the control voltage. Thus, a voltage controlled oscillator having so-called self-regulating characteristics for locking up the VCO according to dispersion in each manufactured IC without depending on control from the outside can be provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
