<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the loading property to a vehicle by realizing compact arrangement of a particulate filter and a selective reduction type catalyst while ensuring reaction time sufficient for production of an ammonium from a urea water. <P>SOLUTION: The exhaust emission purifier comprises a particulate filter 5, and a selective reduction type catalyst 6 making NOx react with an ammonium selectively even in the coexistence of an oxygen halfway of an exhaust conduit 4 with a urea water as a reducing agent added therebetween. The particulate filter 5 is disposed along a frame 10 of a vehicle in the front and rear direction of the vehicle, and the selective reduction type catalyst 6 is disposed in the vicinity of the inlet end part of the particulate filter 5 outward in the vehicle width direction. A communication channel 9 is provided for guiding the exhaust gas 3 discharged from the outlet end part of the particulate filter 5 to the front side so as to be introduced to the inlet end part of the selective reduction type catalyst 6 with a urea water adding injector 11 (urea water adding means) provided halfway of the communication channel 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
