PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust manifold having improved sealing performances with a cylinder head of an engine and heat resistances of a manifold main body. SOLUTION: This manifold is provided with: a plurality of exhaust pipes; a manifold main body provided with a collection part collecting each exhaust pipe; and a flange. The flange 13 is welded on the plurality of exhaust pipes and forms an attachment surface 13p for attaching each exhaust pipe to a cylinder head of an engine. The flange 13 is formed in a shape which is substantially flat when the attachment surface 13p is cooled, and has a concave surface to the cylinder head when it is heated.
