The invention relates to medicine and can be used for persons suffering from paraplegia of the upper and lower limbs and for persons with limited use of the hands for the activity thereof.. The inventive device is placeable in the mouth cavity of a person and comprises a signal processing and emitting module (1), a cursor control co-ordinate unit (2), at least two control contacts (3) which are electrically connected to said unit and a fixing plate (4) which consists of a central part (5) and front (6) and rear (7) bendable parts. Said fixing plates are designed in such a way that the angle of inclination thereof with respect to each other long a crease edge can be modified. The device also comprises a front fixing bulb (8), an intermediate fixing bulb (9) and a rear fixing bulb (10). The front fixing bulb is jointed through a jumper (11) to the end face of the front bendable part of the fixing plate. The intermediate fixing bulb is mounted on the top surface of the rear bendable part of the fixing plate above the signal processing and emitting module arranged in the same place.
