The room thermostat with hour meter in a device will consist, as it is shown in figure 2, of an on-off switch, of a thermostat (2), of an hour meter (3) and of a box (4). The thermostat will controlthe room temperature and at the same time the hour meter will record the hours of operation. The advantage of the room thermostat with an hour meter embedded in a device is that the user of each apartment will have the potential to know the hours used for heating directly from the apartment.
