REMOVING TIME DELAYS IN SIGNAL PATHS

A method is provided to compensate for time sync difference between a multi-channel audio signal to be processed and visual data such as a moving picture, a text, an image and the like. A down mix signal consists of a multi-channel audio signal(MLT). A down mix signal and spatial information are received according to a low power decoding method in a time sync between the spatial information. In the case that the down mix signal is decoded according to a high-quality sound decoding method, the time sync difference between the spatial information and the down mix signal are compensated.
