FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: epoxide component of primer is an epoxy-functional extended urethane, which contains product of reaction of: a) curable resin-like polyepoxide, which contains diglycidyl ether of bisphenol F; b) organic compound, which contains a number of substitutable hydrogen atoms; and c) polyisocyanate. Molecular weight of resin-like polyepoxide is 360 to 550, molecular weight of epoxy-functional extended urethane is 1500 to 2200. Toluene diisocyanate is used as polyisocyanate, molar ratio a:b:c is 35-50:4-12:0.5-1.5. Two-component system of epoxy-amine primer contains an amine component and an epoxy component, with addition of one or several corrosion inhibitors and/or one or several siliceous materials and/or mixture thereof. ^ EFFECT: primer with improved technical properties is obtained. ^ 13 cl, 1 tbl, 2 ex
