An RF surge protection device is provided to completely remove all kinds of the surge voltages in order by preparing a gaseous discharge tube, a varistor and a TVS diode in the RF surge protection device together. A protection circuit(40) is mounted between a signal input port(20) and a signal output port(30). The first capacitor(41) is mounted between the signal input port and the signal output port and passes through only the RF signals. The first to fourth inductors(42, 43,44, 45) are successively mounted between the signal input port and the first capacitor, and the first capacitor and the output port in parallel and pass through only the DC power source. A gaseous discharge tube(46) is mounted between the first inductor and the second inductor and inducts the surge voltage of the DC power source to ground. A varistor(47) inducts the surge voltage of the DC power source to ground. A TVS diode(48) inducts the surge voltage of the DC power source to ground.
