PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plug lock device, a plug adaptor, and a connector cover, in which the plug can be securely connected to a connector as a subject to be connected. SOLUTION: The plug lock device is for locking a first plug 24 connected to a first connector part 16 in which a first terminal group is provided. It is provided with covers 11 and 12 to cover the first connector part 16, and regulation means 31 and 32 provided on the covers 11 and 12 to regulate the move of the first plug 24 in a coming-off direction from the first connector part 16.
