PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylene-based resin material excellent in impact resistance and color developability, and exhibiting superior metallic tone appearance. SOLUTION: The bright propylene-based polymer composition is obtained by mixing a lustering agent (B) and a colorant (C) into a propylenic polymer composition (A) including 50-98 wt.% of a propylenic polymer (a1), 1-30 wt.% of a fibrous inorganic filler (a2) and 1-35 wt.% of thermoplastic elastomer, wherein (a1)+(a2)+(a3)=100 wt.%, and light transmittance in a light acceptance angle of 0°is 0.3-10% when molded into a molded article having a thickness of 2 mm. As the propylenic polymer (a1), it is preferable to use the one produced with the usage of a metallocene catalyst, and especially, the one having melting heat (ΔHm) of 70-90 mJ/mg, and a melting point (Tm) of 115-150°C is proper.
