PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tacky adhesive tape having high degree of curing in an exfoliation layer and good unwinding property. SOLUTION: The tacky adhesive tape is prepared by providing a barrier layer on either one surface of a substrate containing any of a nitrogen-containing compound, an organotin compound, an organic sulfur compound, a phosphorus compound and an organic peroxide, providing an exfoliation layer on the barrier layer and providing a tacky adhesive layer directly or through an intermediate layer on the substrate surface on the side which is opposite to the release layer.
