PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regeneration method of an elimination plate for reverse offset printing forming an image pattern having a low resolution part and a high resolution part mixed therein, and an elimination plate for the reverse offset printing. SOLUTION: The regeneration method of the elimination plate for the reverse offset printing on which a plurality of protruded parts and recessed parts are disposed with a surface treating layer formed on the recessed parts, comprises processes of: forming a clean elimination plate material face on the recessed parts by exfoliating the surface treating layer; forming a metal layer or a metal oxide layer or a resin layer on the protruded parts; applying surface treatment on the recessed parts; and exfoliating the metal layer or metal oxide layer or resin layer from the protruded parts.
