PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a control effect on power consumption at an early stage concerning a driving signal formation apparatus and the driving signal forming method. SOLUTION: The driving signal formation apparatus includes (A) an analog signal conversion section for converting digital data into an analog signal, (B) a current amplification section which forms a driving signal COM by amplifying the current of the analog signal while having a transistor for the current amplification, (C) two or more kinds of power circuits with different voltage, and (D) a circuit selection section which selects the power circuit used for the current amplification of the analog signal among the two or more kinds of power circuits based on the electric potential of the analog signal.
