METHOD, SYSTEM AND APPARATUS FOR ENHANCED UPLINK RANDOM ACCESS

A method for random access in TS-SCDMA system is disclosed, the method includes the following steps: a terminal selects to send uplink pilot channel to a base station on a master carrier or a supplement carrier according to a pre-allocated uplink pilot code; the terminal receives a fast access indication channel FPACH returned by the base station; the terminal selects to send a random access request on the master carrier or the supplement carrier, and on the current carrier on which the random access request is being sent, the base station allocates radio resource for the terminal. A random access system, terminal side apparatus and base station side apparatus of TD-SCDMA are also disclosed. By using the method, device and apparatus of the present invention, the enhanced uplink random access can even be realized in N frequency points or multi-carrier TD-SCDMA system.
