摘要 The present invention relates to a compound comprising a peptide moiety, a linker moiety and a water-soluble polymer moiety such as a poly(ethylene glycol) moiety. The linker moiety is between the peptide moiety and the water-soluble polymer moiety. In certain embodiments, the linker moiety has the structure: wherein alpha, beta, and gamma are each integers whose values are independently selected. In other embodiments the linker moiety has the following structure: wherein kappa, rho, and tau are each integers whose values are independently selected. In other embodiments the linker moiety has the following structure: wherein chi, phi, gamma, and eta are each integers whose values are independently selected. Alternatively, the linker structure may have the following structure: wherein lambda and mu are each integers whose values are independently selected.
