A network-based voice AD(Advertisement) method for offering AD in real-time and a system thereof are provided to transmit the stored voice AD to a user terminal when the user not installing a program connects with a website and selects banner AD even if the banner AD is inserted into unspecified and many websites. A service provider stores voice AD classified into each ID code to a database of a server. Wired/wireless contents including banner AD, which includes the ID code, are provided to a user. Data including a phone number of a user communication terminal and the ID code of the selected banner AD is transmitted to the server. The server reads the voice AD matched with the received ID code from the database and transmits the read voice AD to the user communication terminal. |
