<p>A transfer substrate and method for fabricating organic electroluminescent element is provided to maintain luminous efficiency and brightness high by making transfer layer as a light-emitting layer of the organic electro luminescence device. A transfer substrate(1) includes a permeable support substrate, a photovoltaic conversion layer(13) formed on the permeable support substrate(11), and a transfer layer(17) formed on a photovoltaic conversion layer. The transfer layer is light-emitting layer of the organic electro luminescence device and is made of the metal complex, a fluorescence dopant and substrate skeleton having the ring of 7 or 4 aromatic hydrocarbon.</p> |
