<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated battery excellent in battery capacity without causing drop of volume energy density of a battery. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated battery 1 includes an electrode 10 provided with active material layers on both sides of a multilayer structure collector as a power generation element. The multilayer structure collector comprises: a multilayer structure part 8 with an insulation layer 15 pinched by two conductive layers 16A, 16B; and a conductive part 13 made of a conductive material, connected to the two conductive layers 16A, 16B and extending more toward a side of a part where the insulation layer 15 is placed than a side end thereof.
