<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trochoid pump capable of easily performing air bleeding work, and a power steering device. <P>SOLUTION: This power steering device is normally closed by an air bleeding valve structure 140 between the trochoid pump 20 and a reservoir tank 71.
