<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device or the like for displaying a three-dimensional character used in a game or the like looking at a camera while suppressing consumption of a calculation resource or storage capacity. <P>SOLUTION: An eye socket surface disposed inside a virtual space is tubularly recessed into a head from a face surface, a pupil surface is disposed inside the eye socket surface to the depth, and these shapes-positions-directions-textures, a position-direction of a projection point, and a position-direction of a projection plane are stored in a storage part 201. An update part 202 updates the position-direction of the projection point or the projection plane according to instruction input or the like of a user. A generation part 203 projects the respective surfaces to the projection plane based on the shapes-positions-directions of these surfaces, and the position-direction of the projection point or the projection plane, adds the corresponding texture to each projected area, and generates an image of the character looking at the projection point. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
