<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of creating a solid-shaped material and a three-dimensional circuit laminated board adequate for repairing a mold, particularly, a mold formed of special steel such as aluminum or stainless, or filling a fine shape into an injection mold having a complicated product shape. <P>SOLUTION: In the solid-shaped material creating method, thin plates are arranged on a work shape creating or breakage position, and chamber pressure is applied to the thin plates with liquid or gas from the outside so that the thin plates are placed in sequence on the work shape creating or breakage position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
