<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion machine for a conductive rubber roll which causes little flow stagnation parts and weld lines, and causes no uneven thickness of the roll. <P>SOLUTION: The extrusion machine having a cross head die is provided for producing the conductive rubber roll obtained by coating a shaft with a rubber composition. The cross head die comprises: a two-grooved manifold part spreading the rubber composition charged from an inflow port to two directions; and a two-grooved spiral part spirally diffusing the rubber composition passed through the manifold part to the circumferential direction of the cross head die. Each of the inner circumferential face of the die and the outer circumferential face of the mandrel has a contact face for positioning formed of a tapered face or a columnar face, the clearance between the contact faces of the die and of the mandrel is≤0.01 mm, fluidization grooves into which the rubber composition flows to a position at which the rubber compositions spread into two from the inflow port joins at the spiral part are arranged, and the part at the upstream of the flow of the rubber composition is the contact faces of the die and the mandrel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
