PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera housing configured to satisfactorily operate a conversion lens such as a teleconverter or a wide converter without deteriorating image quality. SOLUTION: A mask member 38 changing the size of an opening thereof in accordance with the viewing angle of a lens is arranged in the inside of the window glass 22 of the camera housing 10. It is necessary to reduce the size of the opening of the mask member 38 from the opening 39 to the opening 39A when changing the camera state from a normal operation state using only a photographic lens 28, to a tele-operation state where the teleconverter 34 is mounted on the photographic lens 28, then, the mask plates are moved so as to come close to each other in a direction of 45°through the use of screws functioning as a guide, then, the size of the opening is changed from the opening 39 to the opening 39A. Thereafter, the screws are fastened to the front plate, then, the mask plates are pressurized and fixed to the front plate by the screw heads. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
