PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for opening a resin-sealing mold which prevents the deformation etc., of a resin when the mold is opened. SOLUTION: In the method for opening the resin sealing mold, an upper mold 1, a lower mold 2 arranged opposite to the upper mold 1, a resin pot 10 which is arranged on the side of the lower mold 2 and can hold the resin 11, and a plunger 14 which can press the resin 11 in the resin pot 10 are provided, and a movable part 3, by being supported by a spring 6, can sink in accordance with pressure applied from the side of the upper mold 1 through a substrate 4 during mold clamping. While the resin 11 in the resin pot 10 is pressed by a prescribed pressure by the plunger 14, the upper mold 1 and the lower mold 2 are opened. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
