PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for adequately maintaining and controlling the filtering of grinding water and the dewatering of processing debris while minimizing the discharge of drain water containing the processing debris from a centrifugal separator. SOLUTION: The spectacle lens rim processing device comprises a processing device body 1 for supplying grinding water to a processed portion of a spectacle lens processed by a grinding wheel, and the centrifugal separator 650 having a dewatering tank into which drain water containing processing debris discharged from the processing device body is charged, for separating the processing debris from the grinding water with the rotation of the dewatering tank and discharging the grinding water to the outside of the dewatering tank. It has a counting means for counting the number of the processed spectacle lenses, an alarming means for alarming that the processing debris residing in the dewatering tank of the centrifugal separator should be removed therefrom when the counted number reaches a preset number, and a reset signal input means for inputting a signal to reset the number counted by the counting means after the processing debris is removed from the dewatering tank.
