PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize exchange system capable of reducing reservations requiring postmortem dealing and reducing the trouble of a game parlor and annoyance of users if a defective product is found among prizes whose reservations are accepted. SOLUTION: When a prize whose reservation is stopped is specified, a prize management device 70 registers the prize as the reservation-stopped prize. When a request for reservation including a prize ID is received from a prize display device (S306), whether the prize with the prize ID is the reservation-stopped prize or not is determined (S307). When it is determined that the prize is the reservation-stopped prize, reservation stop information is returned to the prize display device (S308), and a reservation content registration process (S313) is not executed.
