PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine harvester capable of easily performing the cleaning and inspection work of a concave screen in high efficiency. SOLUTION: The combine harvester is provided with a thresher 4 having a threshing part to charge the whole reaped culm into a threshing chamber and threshing with a freely rotatable driven threshing cylinder and a separation part to receive the threshed product from the threshing chamber and separating with a freely swinging separating apparatus. The combine harvester is further provided with a pivoting means 81 to support the upper lateral side wall 71a forming the threshing chamber of the thresher 4 in an openable and swingable state and an attaching means 80 to detachably support the upper lateral side wall 71a.
