A method and an apparatus for accessing a reverse shared signaling channel are provided by the present invention, and the method comprises: receiving a system message that includes a preset reverse shared signaling channel preamble frame parameter and signaling frame parameter; calculating an access period according to the preamble frame parameter and the signaling frame parameter; sending signaling at the beginning of the next period. A mobile station also is provided by the present invention, and the mobile station comprises: the first receiving unit, the first period obtaining unit and the first sending unit. A base station also is provided by the present invention, and the base station comprises: a message generating unit and a message sending unit. The present can reduce interwork time between the mobile station and the base station, reduce failing probability of air interface interwork, and reduce probability of collision with other signaling, so that can improve the success rate of the MS sending signaling. |
