<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulated bus duct which prevents a gap from being generated between the insulated bus bar and a duct-side plate. <P>SOLUTION: In the insulated bus duct, a plurality of band plate-like insulated bus bars 1 are laminated, duct-side plates 4 are brought into contact with both sides of the laminated insulated bus bars in the laminating direction, and the two duct-side plates 4 are fastened on the both sides by fastening members 5 with a predetermined space in the longitudinal direction. A plurality of long beads 6 swollen out on the outer face sides of the duct-side plates are formed at flat plate parts in contact with the insulated bus bars 1 of the duct-side plates 4 with a predetermined space in the longitudinal direction. Since rigidity of the duct-side plates 4 is enhanced, and the duct-side plates 4 is prevented from being swollen toward the outside, the insulated bus bars 1 and the duct-side plates 4 can be brought into close contact with each other on the flat surface regardless of the dimensional tolerance of each member. Accordingly, a good heat radiating state can be obtained by surely transmitting heat generated in the insulated bus bars to the duct-side plates. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
