<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cable broadcast receiver which adjusts the control between the one by a built-in application and the other by a download application to prevent confusion on an operation of a user. <P>SOLUTION: The cable broadcast receiver capable of processing the download application and the built-in application includes: a first management part which controls the download application; a second management part which controls the built-in application; an operation management part which holds operating states of the download application and the built-in application; and a duplicate function management part which holds exclusive shared information indicating priority between the download application and the built-in application, and makes the first or the second management part perform exclusive control by the exclusive shared information or the operating states managed by the operation management part, wherein the duplicate function management part terminates the built-in application under activation on starting of the download application. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
