PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To communicate with a required access point when communication is required, even if a user is not conscious of performing communication. SOLUTION: A CPU 11 acquires a present environment when start of e-mail transmission is arbitrarily instructed, and selects a "destination" contained in the transmission history as an access point candidate when there is a transmission history applicable to the present environment, as a result of having searched a transmission history folder MLH based on this present environment.
