PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil strainer capable of coping with a change or the like of a vehicle type by changing only a part of the oil strainer not by changing the whole of the oil strainer. SOLUTION: The oil strainer includes an outflow side pipe 9 having a mounting part 17 mounted with an engine and an outflow port 15 formed thereat, and a cylindrical inflow side pipe 11 with one end connected to the outflow side pipe 9 and having an inflow port 23 formed at the other end.
