摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting material with higher emission luminescence than conventional one in terms of a crystalline structure of the light-emitting material, in the light-emitting material using an inorganic compound. SOLUTION: The light-emitting material is produced by mixing gallium arsenide, gallium phosphide or gallium antimonide with manganese and performing a first baking to prepare a first baked product, mixing a base material with an element constituting a luminescent center material or a compound containing the element and performing a second baking to prepare a second baked product, subsequently mixing the first baked product with the second baked product and performing a third baking.
