PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems not solved by the conventional technology, and to provide a conductive composition having good dispersibility of contained components and excellent in transparency and conductivity when a film is formed, additionally a conductive composition capable of forming a conductive film with less variation in conductivity, and a conductive film using the composition. SOLUTION: The conductive composition contains a conductive polymer, an ionic liquid and carbon nanotubes, wherein an abundance ratio of the carbon nanotubes in the form of primary particles is≥80% by number.
