PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hole punch for saving the labor of a user. SOLUTION: The hole punch comprises a base 10, a number of cutters 7, a number of cutter brackets 9, a number of springs 8, a connection part, an operating member 3, and a handle 1. The base has two ends. The cutter brackets are mounted on the base. The cutters are slidably mounted on the cutter brackets. The connection part is pivotally connected to one end of the base. The operating member is pivotally connected to the connection part. The handle is pivotally connected to the other end of the base for selectively pivoting the connection part to the lower side.
