A method for providing video operation information, comprises the following steps: detecting the user touch information in real time in interactive video service; when the user touch information has been detected, the user terminal transforms the detected user touch information into video operation information according to pre-set touch mapping-relation, wherein video operation information is digitized information; and the user terminal transmits video operation information to the interactive video service platform. With the implementing of the present invention, it is achievable to provide video operation information to the interactive video service platform, and thus the interactive video service platform is supplied with facilities to process video service under the utilization of video operation information, which satisfies the need for video service and enhances the user's experiencing.
