xDSL COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

摘要

An xDSL communication system for transmitting data between communication devices via a telephone line. Influence on data transmission characteristics due to a bridge tap corresponding to a branch line of the telephone line is alleviated. The system is so structured that an extension line (5) having characteristic impedance similar to the bridge tap (2) or a spurious line with the similar characteristics to those of the extension line (5) is connected with the bridge tap (2) of the telephone line (1) having a communication device including a modem connected for transmitting the data.
