An association information storage section for storing information which associates the circulation data of the same person with business transaction data and a subarea information storage section for storing information which identifies each of a plurality of subareas formed by subdividing a store are established. When a subarea is specified as an analysis condition, the circulation data of persons who have passed through the specified subarea is extracted on the basis of the information which identifies the specified subarea in the subarea information storage section and the circulation data of each of the persons. Further, with reference to the data in the association information storage section, business transaction data associated with the extracted circulation data is identified. Information indicating the association of the extracted circulation data and the business transaction data is then created to analyze the behavior of a person in a store on the basis of the created information.
