A vibration isolating device is provided to prevent the oscillation generation source from being resonated. A vibration isolating device(100) comprises first and second support plates(101,102) located in the reciprocity fixed interval, an anti-vibration part arranged between the first and the second support plate. The first and the second support plate comprise the fixing member for the absorption of vibration. The anti-vibration part comprises the elastic body(111) and the insulating member(112) having the elasticity. The anti-vibration part absorbs the vibration delivered through one side at least of the first and the second plate.
