<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk and a recording method for reducing time until recording is started by reducing time for automatic adjustment required at start-up, and to provide a recording parameter setting method. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of conditions are recorded simultaneously for power for a combination of power and strategy conditions that are parameters to be adjusted, thus reducing seek time required for feedback and reducing time for automatic adjustment required at start-up. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
