<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding pad which is formed of a grinding layer, a cushion layer, and an adhesive sheet, and is hard to exfoliate among the respective members. <P>SOLUTION: The grinding pad has at least the grinding layer 9 and the cushion layer 11. One surface of the cushion layer directly adheres to the grinding layer owing to self-adhesion of the same, and the other surface of the cushion layer directly adheres to a resin sheet of the adhesive sheet 13 which is prepared by providing an adhesive layer on one surface of the resin sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
