<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast recording apparatus capable of moving, through simple processing, stable digital broadcast contents so as to view them on another device such as a portable terminal, while keeping video-recorded HD contents. <P>SOLUTION: A receiving section 2 receives and demodulates terrestrial digital broadcast for 13 segments also including even a 1seg, a content management section 3 manages copy control information of the received terrestrial digital broadcast distinguishably for 1seg broadcast contents and contents of other segment parts, a recording section 4 records the 1seg broadcast contents together with the contents of the other segment parts and when moving one of either the 1seg broadcast contents or the contents of the other segment parts, a control section 5 modifies only the copy control information assigned to the one. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
