<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a bean curd refuse food, processing raw bean curd refuse produced in large quantities so as to easily ingest bean curd refuse and effectively use its nutrient ingredient and dietary fiber. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the bean curd refuse food comprises a mixing process of mixing a binder and a vehicle with bean curd refuse powder, a humidifying process of adding a prescribed amount of liquid ingredient to the mixed powder, a kneading process of kneading the mixture of the mixed powder and liquid to bring into a viscous material, a granulating process of bringing the viscous material to a granular state of a fixed size with a granulator, a drying process of drying the granulated material, and a crushing sizing process of crushing and sizing the dried granulated material to a granular state with a power mill. The binder and the vehicle each comprise ingredients derived from starch. Alternatively, a bean curd refuse food is obtained by passing the bean curd refuse food which is produced by the method through a sieving process and a packaging process followed by filling in a small bag, or a bean curd refuse food is obtained by forming in a tablet shape with a tabletting machine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
