<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional transgenic non-human animal, containing a specific antigen as a subject such as a heterologous TCR(T-cell receptor) and capable of swiftly producing a large amount of human TCR molecules, to provide a method for producing the transgenic non-human animal, and to provide a transgene. <P>SOLUTION: The transgenic non-human animal capable of producing a heterologous T-cell receptor is provided. A transgenic non-human animal having an inactivated endogenous T-cell receptor gene is also provided.
