<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily achieve improvement in the safety of card use. <P>SOLUTION: When accepting an incoming call from a card user communication unit, a credit card use processor establishes speech, and transmits the content of information related with card use (for example, charged sum or undertaker name) and a talkie requesting a confirmation response by a prescribed button operation input about the content of the information related with the card use to the card user communication unit. When receiving the talkie requesting the confirmation response by the prescribed button operation input about the information related with the card use from the credit card use processor, the card user communication unit outputs the talkie, and makes a user listen to the talkie.
